In these conditions is understood:

-the entrepreneur: Charme Gîte La Chouette Hulotte.

-the customer: the natural person who trades with Charme Gîte La Chouette Hulotte

 

 

 

The general terms and conditions apply to every offer and / or quotation between Charme Gîte La Chouette Hulotteand the customer, as well as the execution of the agreement.

All orders are payable in cash. For this, the customer can use the following payment method: payment via home bank or cash upon collection of the goods in our showroom.

The delivery cost is always clearly stated to the customer at the checkout. The delivery cost is added to the product price or to the total of the different product prices.

Most products are available from stock. Prints are made to order. In case a product and / or products is not in stock, the customer will be notified by e-mail within 5 working days and the new delivery day will be communicated.

The products are delivered between 2 to 5 working days after confirmation of the order, provided that the customer's details are correct. The customer may terminate the agreement free of charge and without notice if Charme Gîte La Chouette Hulotte cannot deliver within 30 days.

For this, the customer only needs to send an e-mail to info@lachouettehulotte.be.

 

 

 

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.

 

 

The customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date of the product or products to return the product or products without reason.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the “withdrawal form”. The amount will be refunded including the initial delivery cost. If the return is only AFTER 14 days, after completion

In the case of a partial return, the initial delivery cost is not refunded.
